1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to passengers that use the services offered on the website www.daytripromania.ro or www.daytripromania.com (from now on, we will use the name "Our website"). The two websites and all the services that can be booked by them are the property of Agrinio Tour SRL and are operated by Agrinio Tour SRL or other partners.

1.2. By accessing, navigating, or using our website directly or any other instance of it, or by filling in a booking form, you agree with the following terms and conditions.
The webpages, content, advertising means and services are offered and owned by Agrinio Tour or partners.
The term "transfer" implies the transport of one or more people, known as passengers, or "Clients" from a departure point to a drop-off point/destination. We can offer the services that can be booked automatically by our website and also different kinds of tailor-made services. The prices differ by the distance travelled, local gas prices, toll fees, weather and other factors. The final price is known at the end of the journey. We are not responsible for any situation caused directly or indirectly by the customer in which we are spending more on the trip. In that situation, we have the right to change the price.
The service named "transfer" can be accomplished by Agrinio Tour or other local or foreign partners, by their means or by the partners' means.
2.1. In the case when more than one person is using our services (for example, when a transfer is booked for two or more people), the person's name that the tour was booked on is the representative of the other clients and they all expressly accept our terms.
2.2. Daytrip Romania will try to honor anything that will be requested by the client but it is not forced to do so.
2.3. The client is responsible for providing a correct and complete address for both the destination and the pickup location, that are within the operating range of Daytrip Romania. If the address is incomplete and/or does not correspond to an actual location, the passengers will be dropped-off or picked up from the locality's center.
2.4. The client is responsible for providing a complete and valid phone number for the people that will board the tour/transfer. The passengers are responsible for checking their phone from the moment when they book the tour up to the moment they leave the car. The pickup time may vary with weather and other factors. Any changes regarding an already booked transfer will be communicated by the means that were provided by the client. In the case when the client does not check his phone or can't be reached by the means provided, the order will be completed by the details provided in the online booking procedure and if there will be any damages, we will not be responsible for them.
If Daytrip Romania is not capable of providing you the booked services or there was a cancelling request up to 24h before the services are due, you will receive a refund. The email that the client receives after the clear payment for an order or after sending a booking request is a proof by which the client can use our services.
2.5. The booking details can be updated by the client by emailing or calling us, before the booked services are due. Any update on an already booked order can be taxed by Daytrip Romania. We will try to accomplish anything that's requested by the customer but we are not forced to do so.
3.1. After payment, Daytrip Romania will try their best to complete the order and send to the client a receipt and an order confirmation. The payment procedure can be completed online by card or PayPal or by cash at the driver. If Daytrip Romania cannot proceed to provide you the services stated in the order, we will send you a refund and a cancellation notification. The refunds are supposed to be sent by the same payment method the initial payment was made.
4.1. Any luggage exceeding the capacity stated by the option chosen at the booking time is subjected to a supplementary tax and Daytrip Romania has the right to charge additional fees in this situation.
4.2. The brands, models, and types of vehicles used to provide our services may vary and we will try but we are not forced by any means to respect them.
4.3. All the vehicles used by Daytrip Romania have all the legal documents valid. Although we are trying to take care of everything with regards to the passengers' and the passengers' goods' safety, The client is responsible for his own safety and the safety of his goods. We strongly recommend our clients to buy travel insurance when they book long trips.
4.4. The passengers cannot board our vehicles if they are drunk or have consumed any illegal substances. The passengers cannot drink alcoholic beverages, smoke, or consume illegal substances in our vehicles. We have the right to refuse or unboard clients if we are suspicious of such situations.
4.5. In case of a booked private transfer, if the passenger is late and did not announce the driver that he will be late, the driver will wait for him up to 60 minutes. Anything above that will cost the client an extra 10$/hour. Any amount of delay above x hours will be considered x+1 hours.
A cancel request can be sent by email or call/SMS and will be answered by the same means that they were sent. We have the right to deny any cancellation request. The client is responsible for contacting Daytrip Romania by phone if he is not able to receive the services that he signed and/or paid for. Any refund may be subject to the following terms, but it's not limited to them:
Cancelling from beyond 48 hours before pick-up: full refund.
Cancelling in the range of 24-48h before pickup: half refund.
Cancelling in the range of 12-24h before pickup: 1/4 refund.
Cancelling within 12 hours of pickup: no refund.
Daytrip Romania reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time if it considers that it cannot honor the requested/reserved service of the Client correctly.
6.1. The driver will try his best to transport the passenger at the greatest comfort within the pickup and departure timestamps. The driver is not liable for any damage caused by any situation independent of himself.
We do not share data about our clients in any situation that is not required by law or by our partners in order to provide the client with the services that they paid for.
8.2. Any prejudices concerning the client may be discussed and solved amiably and/or in the presence of authorized legal representatives.
